How do I pay?
Cash (RWF or USD), mobile money (MTN MoMo), or bank transfer. Transfers and rentals are paid on pickup; tours are confirmed with a small deposit.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight we pick up. Your driver adjusts automatically and waits for you at arrivals — no extra charge for delays.
Are tour prices per person or per group?
Tour package prices are per person and already include the 10% discount. Groups of four or more travellers get an additional group rate — ask us on WhatsApp.
Can you arrange gorilla trekking permits?
Yes. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are issued by the Rwanda Development Board and sold separately from our tour prices. Tell us your dates early — permits are limited and sell out in high season.
Do rental cars come with a driver?
Your choice. All rental prices are for self-drive; a professional driver can be added to any rental for a small daily fee.
Is the 30% weekly rental discount automatic?
Yes — any rental of 7 days or longer is charged at 30% off the daily rate for the entire period. No code needed.
